Refund Policy

REFUND REQUEST 

For products where the packaging was not opened we offer easy 30 day returns. Otherwise if the product does not suit your needs and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from receipt of the package to contact our customer service via e-mail: [email protected]. In your e-mail, state your order number and which product you wish to return. If you do not like the product and wish to return it, no further documentation is required. On the other hand, if you have noticed an error, a defect or a non-conformity with the product compared to the description on this website, please attach a photo or video to your email so that our customer service can inspect and confirm the problem. The product must be clean and in “New” condition. With the exception of minor superficial dirt, products that are dirty, scratched or otherwise damaged WILL NOT be accepted for a return.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS 

Customer service will respond to your email and send you the postal address of our after-sales service, which is responsible for receiving returned goods. In the package, the product must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. The cost of returns is entirely your responsibility, EXCEPT if the product is defective or if an error has been made on our website (wrong color, wrong size, etc.). In this case, you will be refunded the shipping costs of the package.

REFUND 

Once the returned package is received by our after-sales service, the amount will be refunded directly to the original payment method used for your order, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the package. If you used a gift card, loyalty points or a discount coupon, we will refund the money using this procedure. 

REJECTED ON ARRIVAL

If you reject to receive your product at arrival, we reserve the right to charge a fee, according to the negative contractual interest, for any expenses we may have when returning the product.

PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED

If you have not received your package within 30 days of your order, please contact our customer service and they will confirm the dispatch of a new package. Fortunately, this happens very rarely. 

MISSING ITEM 

If 1 or more items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service so they can confirm that a new package is being sent immediately. Fortunately, this happens very rarely.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS 

Once you have placed an order with us, we do our best to ship it as quickly as possible to reduce delivery time. Unfortunately, if the order is already processed we won’t be able to accept cancellation. However, you will always be able to cancel the package later.
